Counselling:

Life can feel overwhelming. You don’t have to navigate it alone. In these difficult times we all need a little kindness, a listening ear and a safe space to express what is in our hearts and minds. The counseling environment provides a safe haven to explore our thoughts, re-frame our perspectives, and gain valuable insights during different phases of our lives.

Why choose counselling?

Sometimes we feel stuck, experience anxiety and stress and struggle to cope during challenging times. The demands and balance between family- and work life can also be overwhelming and put our relationships at risk. Counseling provides valuable support, helps improve our mood and communication skills, and promotes healthier relationships. In addition, it contributes to better self-confidence, self-insight, positive self-talk and inner motivation. Through counselling you get the opportunity to self-reflect and gain valuable insights and much needed perspectives.

Have you immigrated recently?

I’ve walked similar paths myself after our immigration — struggling with belonging, learning new languages, and finding a sense of home. That’s why creating a safe, compassionate space matters to me. If you’ve recently immigrated, you may feel overwhelmed by the challenges of adapting to a new culture, learning a new language, and being separated from family. Immigration brings a mix of changes, laughter, and adventure, but it also presents significant challenges. We understand these struggles intimately, having faced similar hurdles in our own immigration journeys and the difficulties each of our family members encountered during the integration process.

Individual counselling:

A space for you
Individual counselling offers a safe and supportive place to pause and explore what is going on in your life. You don’t need to have clear answers or be in crisis to begin.
You might seek individual counselling if you are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected, or if you are navigating change, stress, identity, or belonging — including life in a new country or culture.
Sessions are shaped around your needs and pace. You will be met with care, respect, and without judgment, as we gently explore what matters most to you.
Sessions are available online or in person.
You don’t have to do this alone.
