Complaints Procedure

I aim to provide professional and respectful care. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of the service, I encourage you to share your concerns.

Step 1 – Discuss Your Concern
If possible, please first raise your concern directly with me. Many issues can be resolved through open communication.
You can contact me via email: sanetvantonderpsychology@gmail.com. I will respond within a reasonable time and do my best to find a suitable solution.

Step 2 – Formal Complaint
If your concern is not resolved, you may submit a formal written complaint by email. Please include:
Your name and a brief description of your concern as well as what outcome you are hoping for.  Your complaint will be handled confidentially and professionally.

Step 3 – External Support
If we are unable to resolve the matter together, you may seek external advice or mediation through the relevant professional body.
All complaints are treated seriously and handled with care, confidentiality, and respect.
